This is not Hana YOGA, but there is a class for Kasumi.
Every Wednesday afternoon 1:15-2:30 (slightly active class)

This is a full-fledged yoga studio opened for the health of everyone in the community.
Real yoga does not mean doing difficult things,
Conversely, even people who do not exercise regularly can continue at their own pace, regardless of age.
In addition, the monthly fee is lowcost, the chairman, Misako Ozawa,
"I want everyone to continue doing yoga as long as possible without straining." That's what I thought.
