Capacity: 16 people

* Please apply with the participation fee. Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 5 days in advance.

(Bank transfer will be charged a fee.)

[Target]: Everyone who can exercise.

(Note: Due to the height of the bar, the height should be 140 cm to 175 cm.)

It doesn't matter if you have yoga experience or not.

[What to prepare]: If you have a yoga mat, your own yoga belt, or blocks, please bring them with you.

Rental is also accepted, but the number is limited.

Commentary: First, reset your mind and body to a neutral state on the floor.

While observing your own body one by one, you will expand your movements. Once the body has been loosened, using the bar and yoga of the belt used in ballet lessons, we will size up the range of motion of the reasonably joint using the own weight.

It is a class where you can feel what you are sleeping in while improving your concentration in a gentle movement that is not compared to other people.

Even if you have never done yoga, please be assured that you will do it at a slow pace.

Also, those who have been practicing yoga for a long time can find weaknesses that they did not notice and more accurate body alignment.

In addition to the stretching effect, yoga also has exercise training, but the stretching that is usually done as a preparatory exercise in dance originally originated from yoga, and you can feel what kind of change it will bring to your body. Let's do it.

If you move it after adjusting the alignment that suits your body, you may notice that you are putting a burden only on the parts that are easy to move.

90 minutes to fully face your body.

Please feel comfortable.

MSG Yokohama School Workshop held in 2016

☆ Fascia release and how to use the body

How to deepen YOGA asana.
I think there are various approaches.

Which muscle is weak? Which muscle is stiff?
In the first place, where are the muscles needed for that asana?
If there is something you think you are not good at, that is your chance.

I'm not good at using parts that are different from my usual way of using my body.

And right and left that make a difference without knowing it.
Everyone has it, right and left.
You may want to know that too.

*

By using Bar, it is easy to use muscle strength for each part without difficulty.
Do not put a load on the joints by connecting the cores by stepping on the shaft foot.
Focusing on the antagonist muscle, make the length by starting and stopping.
*

At Bar YOGA, you can look at your body carefully like that.
Of course, even if you normally do YOGA on the mat, you will be staring at it.
The method is just different than usual.
Bar YOGA is one of the YOGA practices devised by Kasumi.
I think it's good for ballet and dancers.
This workshop is for studios with bars for ballet
It is possible anywhere. Also, no dance knowledge is required.
For inquiries about Bar Yoga, please use the form.
[What is Bar]
It's the first stick you use in dance and ballet lessons, and you're grabbed by it ...
Strictly speaking, it's useless if you grab it ... but you build your body from scratch.
Just by being there, you can judge the parallelism of your body and push or pull a little.
It's like a friend who's been around for a long time.

Please use the form to request a workshop.

We will consult with you about the location, date and time, contents, etc.
