Information on regular classes of Ijuin Kasumi
Flower YOGA class in Yokohama (Isogo), in Shinjuku (Wakamatsu-Kawada or Higashi-Shinjuku)
We go to each place about twice a month.
No admission fee, drop-in only. Anyone who is new to yoga or who has a stiff body can feel free to take it.
Ballet class for adults (pointe class available) is held every Monday at 2 Yokohama (Konandai) Birds Culture.
Admission fee is common to all birthday cultures, monthly fee system
