About me

We are being kept alive by many lives.

Where is the truth? What should I believe and do? When I got lost I met the philosophy of yoga.

I want to cherish knowing walked on my own legs, listened with my own ears and what I saw with my eyes.

I have been dancing since childhood. The "Dancing" had been salvation for myself.
I was exploring the truth of this world.

Let go of all things once, I entered the way of yoga. To cherish the familiar people. I thought of treating every moment and living.

While I continued it, naturally the Dancing is being with my side again. Currently, Yoga, Dance,

Aromatherapy, Healing session, not bound by category, I integrate what I have learned so far, I select and give to the people what they need on the spot.

* ballet for adults in Yokohama,

* programming Yoga menu for ballet children.

* In the private session, Provide time to snuggle to each person. Even for rehabilitation and heart care after an injury.
